Directs maintenance operations by indentifying requirements, forecasting resources, providing oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily repair tasks. Assure timely completion of all tasks by providing directions to supervisors, technicians, and   vendors.

Establish and maintain an effective operations program that meets the needs of the district educational program and maintains its safe operations. Responsible for the job performance of all custodial personnel for the district.

Respond to questions and requests for emergency and non-emergency issues; dispatch personnel; responsible for district transportation; scheduling, billing, contracted bus trips; track M.O.T. attendance; including site custodial attendance and sub-custodial issues; work orders; contracted services; pesticide notifications and assist HVAC field technician with Alerton/Syserco systems control program.
