Vacant, Executive Director of Human Resources

The Executive Director of Human Resources guides the hiring and retention of highly qualified staff, oversees evaluation, and is the Compliance Officer for the District.  This position also serves as lead negotiator with labor groups and works collaboratively with leadership on labor relations. In addition, the Executive Director of Human Resources ensures compliance with mandatory trainings, Education Code, and Board Policies as they relate to Personnel matters.

Laura Johnson, Administrative Assistant

Under the supervision and direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting critical district administrative functions and serving on behalf of assigned executive management staff; ensuring efficient operation of support functions; documenting and communicating information, activities and actions; works independently on related work and departmental tasks as required.

Darne' Lang, HR Technician

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, Human Resources, perform a wide variety of responsible, analytical, technical, and professional duties relating to all aspects of District personnel; Research, develop, and maintain statistics; Knowledge of policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements; Assist with recruitment and selection efforts; Monitor personnel transactions; Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support and implement best practices; Handle information in a discreet and confidential manner.

Toni Stone, Director of Operations, Human Resources

Under the supervision and direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, the position of Director of Operations, Human Resources, is responsible for maintaining the overall operations of the department, including supervision in designing, planning, implementing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the personnel department. Works in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Human Resources in coordinating department operations with other District departments and sites.

Tina Presley, HR Clerk

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, Human Resources, perform a variety of clerical duties involved in contacting and assigning qualified substitutes for absent classified and certificated staff; processing leave requests and maintaining employee absence records; and other clerical duties as assigned.
