CONTRACTORS – CUPCCAA REGISTRATION
NUSD opted-in to CUPCCAA (California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act) per Board Resolution # 1664, approved on July 5, 2005.
Pursuant to CUPCCAA (PCC 22000 et seq.), NUSD is inviting all licensed contractors to submit information for inclusion on the District’s mailing list. This follows the provisions of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act.
- Public projects of $75,000 or less may be performed by negotiated contract or by purchase order per PCC22032(a).
- Public projects of $220,000 or less may be let to contract by the informal bidding procedures per PCC22032(b).
- Public projects of more than $220,000 shall be let to contract by formal bidding procedures per PCC22032(c).
