Effective October 2, 2017, Newark Unified School District began utilizing Facilitron, an online booking platform, to manage all facility use requests and reservations.

- Facility use applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your event date.
- For pricing details, please refer to the Fee Schedule (PDF) approved by the NUSD Board on May 2, 2019. This schedule remains in effect until revised and approved by the Board.
Excerpt from NUSD Board Policy # 1330:
The Board of Education recognizes that district facilities and grounds are a community resource and authorizes their use by community groups for purposes provided for in the Civic Center Act when such use does not interfere with school activities. All school-related activities shall be given priority in the use of facilities and grounds under the Civic Center Act. Thereafter, the use shall be on a first-come, first served basis.
