When Superintendent Sanchez announced his resignation we worked together so there would be continuity of district work and support for our school district. We appreciate that Mr. Sanchez proposed the idea to support capital improvement projects for the district so that between now through June 30, 2020, he will lead projects that the Newark community has deemed urgent and needed for the safety of our schools.
