What is a Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)?

The Single Plan for Student Achievement is a plan of action to improve student academic performance by coordinating all educational services and resources. Pursuant to California Education Code Section 64001, schools that receive state and federal funds are required to consolidate all school plans into a SPSA.
