AUDIT COMMITTEE

The purpose of the Audit Committee is to provide oversight for financial reporting, internal controls and auditors activities.

LCAP COMMITTEE – Local Control Accountability Plan

California uses a system referred to as the “Local Control Funding Formula” (LCFF) to determine how schools are funded. Districts determine how to spend funds to best meet students’ needs; involvement and input from teachers, staff, administrators, parents, students, and community members is required in making decisions about how funds are spent. The final plan for achieving goals and spending funds is the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).

CITIZEN’S BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (CBOC)

After a bond authorized under Proposition 39 is passed, state law requires       that a Citizens’ Oversight Committee be established to work with the District.
